Let's face it— there's nothing better than pizza. That being said, just a week after becoming Papa John's AOR, our brand landed in a big mess thanks to some careless comments by the then-CEO. So, how do you win back customers who spend their time on twitter dubbing you "racist pizza?" First, a sincere apology. Then, an onslaught of feel-good content.

5 months and some great campaigns later, sentiment is finally up.
